This implies you want one or the other. You can be both Nuno and ENIC out. We're winning nothing under any manager, but we can play more enjoyable football under most decent ones. If Potter can have Brighton easy on the eye, he can do the same with us, as can a long list of managers.

If we're winning nothing for the foreseeable, it would be at least be nice to not dread watching our games. There is meant to be an element of entertainment to this sport after all. Currently Spurs games are like pulling teeth.
 
Thing is we can all see this the low number of goals, chances created, miles covered, looking tired, slow play, letting in goals, general nothing football etc. surely levy and Patricia can see it? Are they blind? They should be squirming in their seats.?all that early season noise Patricia was making behind the players that’s all gone. Surely even Nuno can see what his doing but doesn’t do anything about it especially having talked all that BS when he got the job. He must know his not delivering on what he promised but just comes out before and after every game with the same shite. It really is embarrassing. Yet these fuckers are happily taking their millions in wages. What is the board , Lewis , levy not seeing? Are they dumb or just don’t give a monkeys about lying and wanting to look after the best interests of the club. Don’t get it!

They want Spurs to win. They just want to make money more than Spurs winning.

I'm happy to see the back of Nuno not so we can win something. We will be lucky to in my lifetime. I want him to go because it's boring. Nuno is boring.

It's like almost everybody at the club is going through the motions of what they're supposed to do so they can collect a payslip at the end of the month. The only way I see that changing is if we get a manager with a little fire in his belly.

Tanguy gave an interview just the other day saying that Nuno doesn't really even speak to the players. Dead man walking from day one. Might as well have just put Matesin at the helm if they aren't going to bother trying until covid is over and profits return.

I’ve been a big supporter of Levy and the owners and have vehemently defended them at various places.

But even I’ve turned now. Until this club gets sold to a group or individual who wants success on the pitch then it doesn’t make an iota of difference who the manager is.

Everyone has known that for years (that we won’t win anything no matter who the manager is under Levy) but at the very least a decent manager can set up a motivated team to score goals. That’s an improvement on Nono…. Trophies or no trophies (the latter)

They don't give a shit as long as the money is still coming in, yes CL qualification brings in extra money, but not more than the outlay that would be required to achieve it from here. Also there is no guarantee that spending the money will definitely bring CL anyway.

Mid table, minimal spending and TV money filling the coffers is ideal enough to keep them getting richer, as long as the stadium is hosting boxing, concerts and American Hand Egg they don't care if we're bored shitless by the football side of the football club.

Even if the ST holders are fed up, there's always someone who'll take the ticket off their hands, just have to go far enough down the waiting list.

We're 6th in the league and didn't get knocked out of the cup at Burnley, Levy will be content.

But when the football is shite it gets harder to sell tickets. As a member I am being offered to buy up to 6 tickets for the game. My nephews junior Spurs membership even gets littered with emails asking if he had bought tickets for the game yet. Ex Spurs members are also being offered tickets even if they let their membership elapse more than 5 years ago.

I imagine it is similar with merch I was all excited about the away kit and decided against getting it because I can’t watch us play without wanting to rip out my eyeballs. I had a similar feeling about buying my nephew any Spurs merch and he starting to get into football.
 
Look it may not be the right time to remove him. We don’t have anyone else but not for one minute can this type of football be considered good enough for us.

Even in the dark days of the 90’s I had a lot of good times watching us with Klinsmann and Sheringham and the like. I can live with us being shit, but I cannot take being both shit and also boring as piss.

If ENIC are not going to invest to win us things then at least have the decency to provide entertainment. Fans ain’t going as much and it isn’t just because we lose London derbies it’s because it’s not fun.

I could be wrong, but I was of the opinion that as far as the boxes go often the football was kind of secondary, and it was more a case of people using them as a business venue/perk/status symbol. Granted if the image of the club were to plummet then it would lose it's appeal on those fronts, but it would have to be further than at present and for a prolonged period to properly hit Enic in the pocket I think.

Obviously there will be a few die hard supporters who also happen to be wealthy enough to afford those packages too, and they could vote with their feet.

I just can't see, outside of the obvious Covid empty stadiums, there being enough of a drop off in fan attendance to hot hard enough to cause Levy and Enic to either sell up or buck their ideas up.

People signed up to those boxes when the club were in the CL and they were costed accordingly. They are used as a business venue to attract clients but clients are far less interested when the football is shite, so if I was a box owner I would look to renegotiate or early termination

If the malaise persists then yeah, but the novelty of the great shiny new stadium will hold some sway in those circles for a while yet I reckon.

And whilst we might be shit, to those who aren't Spurs fans and are just using it for the purposes mentioned, they still get to see the visits of actual successful/big clubs, like City, Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Newcastle, West Ham...

My bet is they have to reduce ST prices this summer, the waiting list will vanish. What’s the point in lumping out £1k when you can pick and choose your games anyway and get a ticket as a member? Tipping point

I really do hope that this happens and forces them into re-evaluating and taking action to arrest the current decline, I just don't hold out much hope that there will be a sufficient disruption to the gravy train service to spur Levy into getting his thumb out of his ass.

Young, exciting, tactical. Has multiple styles that his teams switch between to best suit the game. And a free agent since May.

I get that people want Poch back. But if we cannot get him we should go for another young interesting name.

Yeah. In this case with Nuno I’ll take the devil I don’t know to the one I know. That’s how desperate I am to see him walk. Worst manager in the club in the last decade easily

If he was available in May and we didn't go for him then, I have little hope that the club would sack Nuno and bring him in now.

Levy will do something stupid eventually in order to give off the appearance of us being big, and bringing in a guy who most of the country has never heard of, no matter how great he might sound on paper, will not fit that bill.

FWIW you've convinced me, but then I would have Christian Gross back in the dugout over Nuno so that's not saying much.
