Disgraceful stuff so far. All the hallmarks of mid to lower table finishing.
At least in the 90s we had a shit squad. Nuno is achieving this standard with a squad full of internationals and some of the finest players in the world.
Absolutely was saying this earlier to my mate, in the 90s we were awful but we played with style and attacking flair, players like ginola and Klinsmann and Sheringham etc, now we are boring useless and clueless,

Poch never got a chance with his signings.
José tried something, didn't work, but he did try something, and stuff he said about Dele etc. did come true in the end.
Mason... yeah no, because he played his mates instead of his best team.
Nuno is the worst of the lot, wimply because he has no plan.
Can't go along with this, not that it matters in the scheme of things, but teams routinely outplayed us under Jose and really, really shit teams at that! + The footballer was shite.

Nuno is just as clueless as Jose in the attacking end of the pitch, with absolutely zero evidence of an attacking plan and patterns.

The big difference between the two is that unfortunately for Nuno he's come on the back of +2 seasons of consistent shit from Jose and he has fans in the stadium (Jose was getting clog from fans before lockdown which not only saved his arse by having the football stopped but just as the fans were turning on him they were locked out) meaning Jose could set up his negative shite without any backlash at all.

Mason isn't the answer but he's better than either of these two.

I don't think Nuno will be back next season but I also don't think he will be fired during the season. The next four games are critical. There are some winnable matches and if Spurs win 2 of the 4 they can settle in to an uncomfortable mediocrity and limp through until the season ends. What will keep Nuno in his job is the same problem Spurs dealt with during the off season-the long term candidates you might want won't take the job. That leaves you with the alternative of bringing in another short term solution you'll just end up releasing or going back to Mason again which would be a bit of a humiliation for management. If you can make it to the transfer window you can sell Kane, declare the season a rebuild and muddle through.
