Player Richarlison

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Meh; regardless of any typical internetty bollocks, he's good enough for any league in the world.

......but most of all; he's NOT a "useless wanker".

Sort yourselves out.

He’s still not a good footballer though
He rises through the ranks in arguably the toughest country in the world and plays for 2 teams in the biggest league in the world, his goals keeps one of them in the prem, stars for his country... And when finally after 2i sh seasons he gets a decent run in the position EVERYONE knows he should be playing in, during that run scores at just just under a goal a game.. and all you can come out with is 'he's not a good footballer' GET A GRIP...

I love how the headline from TFC's 2024 summer is basically "Goals Don't Matter"

Johnson and Richarlison basically a goal involvement 90-120 minutes each, doesn't matter because they're "bad footballers". What's a good footballer? I dunno, but you'll know it when you see it. Has something to do with how they run around when no one else is watching. This is the true point of football, running around well, which many stupid foreigners don't understand. The goals are just a side quest, apparently.

It’s becoming blatantly obvious that this is the player who we really had to hit on. £60m+ for the striker/winger who can play with or without Kane and Son. He was the big striker signing, just a year early.

does anyone know where he is? What he’s doing? Is he training? How is it August and we don’t know where our most expensive player is?

Last season showed he may have been a good choice, but we just have really shit luck with injuries. Same story as Lo Celso.
when a previous manager wants to.resign a player . especially one that's culling his squad with a hard hand it should give people a clue on said players ability...but hey were talking football fans... let's be.honest traditionally they aint the brightest bunch...

No point of stretching it to per minute ratios, as he is not able or good enough to be picked for more minutes.

Nonsense.... Per minute ratios isn't a "stretch" of anything.

I didn't claim we'd had value for money.... Cos as yet we haven't. He's been injured way too much to be able to say that.

He was clearly prevented from getting more minutes last season by injury. The only game he was fit for last season where he got zero game-time was at home to Chelsea... Cos we were already down to 9 men.

If you're too blinkered to see that his output last year was a fairer reflection of his true level (after a crap 1st season) then that's on you. And calling him a "wanker" only serves to make those doing so look like one.

I've never called him names.

But in his instance by minute ratios is absolute and massive stretch and you know that fully well.
Availability is big part of ability. Without that player is 100% useless.

I agree that last season he showed much more about his ability, but that does not change fact that he is 60 million euros marquee signing that has had two seasons, both can be described with one word - "shit".

I already know what you are going to say now... about his last season and all. Yes- from rounds 16-23 he was very good. But that is run of 8 games (!). That is 1/5 of the season. Reminder of it... oh well. ST that scored 1 goal with first 15 rounds in EPL and then 1 more with last 15 games. This can be summed up as "shit".
