Yeah I agree, hopefully it's a sign of things changing, as they say you buy cheap you buy twice and there's no reason whatsoever for buying cheap with the resources we have.
I've said it before but we should be able to sign a few quality players each summer that improve the starting XI (within reason for now as we're not as attractive to the best of the best) and complement that by also setting aside money for Bergvall, Sarr level signings instead of them being the main signings.

I think Brighton feel THEY conceded 2 poor/soft goals too... an scrappy deflection off the keeper and an o.g!
Their 2nd goal was a peach to be fair .. but Vic definitely shoulda got more of a hand to it... THEN we'd have seen if it was so unstoppable or not!

Quite so, I think both sides will feel they were well below standard and could easily have had all three points but for conceding softly. Their second was well hit but still a bit of a bizarre one.

I like Kudus and a lot of what he does is really good but for all that he doesn’t spot passing opportunities when they’re there or he doesn’t play it at the right time. The combination play and fluency just seems off a lot of the time. For the strength and ability he’s got more of substance should be coming from his side.
Frank said this was the best performance so far this season. Of course there are wrinkles to iron out, but praise is due.
In 2 months of regular play, either of them could score more than Savinho did all year last year..,
Not saying they definitely will take the chance but you can’t say for sure they won’t
