So only this window counts?
All the shit in their team and having a novice shit manager is ok because this year they bought two decent players.
Not world beaters, but good.

All the shit in their teams?

They just easily finished ahead of us.

Who’s better in our CB line up?

Toby is, but for how long is the question.

He is better than Sanchez and much better than Dier.

Harry gets crapped on for his price which was an overpay but he is not nearly as bad as opposition fans wish he were.

They’ve consistently bought quality - one poor call makes no difference

Your point about Deeney was moot - they don’t sign relegated garbage

He’s delusional with ENIC propaganda

Reality is any of the players they signed would improve our starting 11. Look at Chilwell then look at the fucking cunt Gedson at RB - tells you everything

Are you saying the only shit player chelsea have ever bought is Danny Drinkwater?
In the last 3-4 years yes by and large

We’ve wasted millions on cheap turds and again been embarrassed this window by lack of ambition looking to start the season with Winks and Hojberg in the middle

And?
We’ve been utterly shit yet these vastly superior squads managed a whole 7pt gap over us at their best

At their best?

in what world are they close to at their best?

Chelsea just came off a transfer ban and a season of playing a ton of their youth. They are moving forward having made some great additions to their squad and having those same young players continuing to improve. Not a chance that last year was anywhere close to their best.

United also played some young players and had a weak (for them) squad that they strengthened by adding Fernandes mid-season.

With them having a full season of Fernandes, Greenwood getting better and potentially adding Henderson and Sancho I doubt that last year was anything close to their best.
