None of those guys were ‘on the cheap’ and they all underachieved.someone who is a punt on the cheap who might deliver more value than we have paid for. That is how we ended up with Richy, Solanke, Tel

Yeah, it could well be fluff but this is the new lots first big window and I think they deserve the chance to back their words.Good words, and probably the first honest, thing I have heard from the club in years
Levy was a slimy lying two faced cunt not, that played fans off each other.
Let's see what the future brings.
I said before, I am willing to give em a chance.
We would only sell if the right offer comes in. Another Bundesliga team of the year performance only helps. If Bayern have a spare 100m knocking about they can have him. We’ll trade for another 2-3 years on his contract and a pay increase.
It won’t mean Jack in 2028 if the player forces a sale.
Had a quick look at KUMB there relegation thread ......their in for a shit summer
You have to be kidding right ?I thought Udogie was great yesterday and while he does have his flaws, he's a very good LB if he can keep his body in one piece.
I don't think he shit or lazy at all, I think he lacks in creating attacking opportunities but that's something that can be taught to a young player.
Games are won and lost in midfield.I think you've personally got that back to front, forwards should really be our priority and then work our way backwards.
Our defence is mainly shit because when our forwards get the ball they do fuck all and end up losing it.

Any fire sale players we’d want from these cunts?
Can’t think of one other than Caicedo
You can’t force a player to play for a club if he wants to leave. Harry only stayed because he didn’t want to taint his Spurs legacy. Others all forced their way ou. Vuskovic doesn’t have any Spurs legacy. He feels more at home. in Germany with the promise of playing with his cheating brother. We would only sell if the right offer comes in. Hopefully Spurs are looking a very different and more attractive proposition by the 27/28 season.
You definitely can force a player to play if he's got long enough on his contract. Look at Kane and Modric. All the player can do is go on strike but if the club digs in and refuses to let them leave they'll normally settle down and reintegrate into the squad. Think Vuskovic will stay if he's got long enough on his contract. Not sure how long he signed for and how long he's got left? You can’t force a player to play for a club if he wants to leave. Nobody who posts here “knows better”. That’s the point of the thread, it’s just enjoyable speculation. Here's hoping they never get a reality check and keep on believing they know better due to their superior knowledge and dealings with the toothfairy.
That is the common belief.
And yet we've conceded 57+ goals in four straight seasons across 4 separate full time managers and a couple interims.
I think a lot of our defenders are overrated. Despite their agents regularly trying to gin up moves for them, no one really wants any of them. That speaks volumes.
Players from France tend to do well here because of the physicality of the leagueFrance, Spain…..not exactly really powerful leagues ? Italy is not what it used to be.
Not far off 10 games, my family support them so I'm normally betting against. But regardless i can get others veiw points and believe the ones I trustYou watched 10 West Ham games this year?
I had him in my FPL team, bagged regularly and defended as well as anyone on that team. That makes me more Diouf expert than you
I thought that was supposed to be why we hired Lange...No one knew who Kroupi was before this season.
The problem is that our scouting system identify Odobert and Tel for a combined 65m while Bmouth find Kroupi for 10m.
Every year there is another Kroupi. The club should be able to find these players.

Games are won and lost in midfield.
We have got to focus on how we move the ball from back to front. We’re horrific at it.
Whether it’s controlled possession or direct counters, we can’t pass the ball.
The midfield sucks at picking the ball up off the defence and they rarely give the ball to attackers in favourable positions.
The way people go on as if the prem is som unattainable level of football is hilarious. Is the Bundesliga really a consistently good indicator for PL readiness? Didn't Simmons do well there? Wirtz? Sancho?
Personally I think we need some experience and leadership in the back line and I'd be happy for Vuskovic to go somewhere on loan for another year to continue his development (ideally somewhere better than the Bundesliga though).
I'd like to see Tel and Bergvall go out on loan to improve as well. Neither seem 1st eleven PL ready.
