PL-quality defending puts these guys in a straight jacket effortlessly.
Because FIFA require transfer windows to be only open for a certain length of time - and working back from 1 September (about a week after PL starts) makes it start mid June.
Start on 1 June (when players have gone to WC) and window closes a week before PL starts and about time that players return from mandatory 3 weeks break after WC ...... which screws up transfer market, so is not an option
Should just be June 1st to Aug 31st. Dunno why they have to complicate everything.

fifa rules do not allow Window to be open for 3 ,months, so 1/6 to 31/8 does not work.
Its like offside - you might not like it, but its a rule that we need to obey !
