Gallagher is the better player of the two. But I don't think there's a night and day difference ability wise, that's all. A lot of Gallagher's best work is off the ball.

I believe anyone can get a new number until a day or so after the close of the window.

I agree, but I'm not the type to give up, so there is deep somewhere in the back of my brain a little bit of hope that N'dombele can be good for us. Even if it's just 30 minutes per game. I'm sure it won't be so but I will at least keep a little bit of hope if (when) he's not sold today.

Seems like we might be trying to have both?

I would tend to agree with you though, just because Sanchez is in the last year of his deal so his unfitness for duty is a limited-term problem, whereas Kelly would be on a long term deal.

VDV was a brilliant signing, but still pathetic that we haven't further upgraded there.

Only thing that puts me off is he is proper Chelsea and from my past experiences pretty much anyone who supports that club is an absolute cunt
