The whole thing is the fee structure. If the base is close to €100m PLUS add ons think he goes, but if the base is more like €85m with €15m add ons bringing it to €100m total, that probably won’t be enough.

No need for first refusal, once he's gone we should move on. He's a club legend, nothing but respect but the Kane era is over.
