After the 19th August then.I believe that Rodon played for Leicesters new manager Steve Cooper when they were at Swansea. I can see him going there.

Also those were some of the players they were scouting and using data to determine their fit. We’d be foolish not to be considering those players.Spurs fans
"we want to use stats and data to identify the best player for the the role we need to fill"
Also Spurs fans
"unless we don't like what our eyes tell us about the player or they're not trendy"
Everyone knows about Nico Williams though like he was one of the best players in La Liga and Bilbao won the cup and he was a big reason for that, not sure it would have made a difference if we approached him before the tournament, what would have likely happened is if we hit his release clause then other clubs would have got involved - something similar happened with Luis Diaz and he ended up going to Liverpool.
Mate... Everyone knew about Luka Modric. Go listen to John Motson's commentary when Croatia beat us in the qualifiers. He was one of the most highly rated prospects in europe. But still in the range that we could do the deal. After that tournament.. The perception of him went from already being high, to a completely different level. Would've been out of our reach..Mate, everyone knows about Nico Williams and Eze. I doubt this tournament will have any affect on where they go.
Before Aug 19 would give the media something to talk about. Rodon & Winks with something to prove.
You know what. I've never referred to him as a "bald cunt". Not once. Ever.

My criticism is measured, well directed and balanced rather than abusive and personal.![]()
Anyone watch Sudakov for Ukraine today?
He was a real headache for Romania in the first game
This is actually mostly true. You haven’t done it for many years. You know what. I've never referred to him as a "bald cunt". Not once. Ever.

However there was a lying fraud cunt quite recently 2023:You see, this is why i'm convinced Levy would rather us not qualify for the champions league. I've said it time and time again. It takes away any justification he has in selling our most valuable players, and at the same time raises the expectations of the fans. Why else would he refuse, every fucking season, to strengthen the squad in January with the top 4 within touching distance. Every year we fade away because of his lack of investment. He's like an upgraded version of Mike Ashley. Whereas the fat cunt is happy so long as Newcastles premier league safety is confirmed, So the bald cunt is content so long as we confirm our position on the periphery of the top 4 without making any concerted effort to break through.
"As we embark upon our search for a new head coach blah blah blah something something DNA blah blah blah financial fair play blah blah blah winning is hard blah blah blah.
Yeah right. Fuck off you lying fraud cunt
Some nice touches. Not sure someone of his position is what we need though, especially with the prices banded about.
Maybe

No one's saying that international tournaments turn these players from unknowns. But they do raise players profiles even higher, which makes deals that are already difficult-unlikely absolutely impossible.
It's less about specific players for me really.. More about how we often let potential opportunities pass us by through inaction.
Bet it's solanke lolLong list. What’s important is where they’re ranked on that list.
We need to know or else how will argue who the first choice is ????

You know the the leaks have run dry when they won’t commit past “looked at”.
Herc?Just went on SC and a random non ITK poster said this:
“Well I know for a fact that Doue was shown around the training ground in the past week. Happy to share background with mods if this is not allowed.”
Yes I know this is clutching but fuck all else is going on
PSG after him too.Just went on SC and a random non ITK poster said this:

Top wages= top players = top clubs = win thingsYou're comparing a signing in a time where scouting networks weren't so great and players weren't courted as much as now, believe you me we'll never be able to pull off another Modric signing these days because someone else would snap him up, he'd be all over social media for one and Fabrizio would be Tweeting about him before a ball has been kicked.
Comparing Modric to Williams is a massive false equivalence anyway, Modric played in the Croatian league where no-one really had eyes on it and players weren't trusted to play PL football (there was still massive reservations about his size hence why a lot of clubs didn't bite ) and he was earning about £15k a week compare that to Nico Williams who is already on £160k a week playing in La Liga, it's hardly a secret, all the Euro's are going to do is confirm what everyone already knows which is that he's an incredible young player - all that's gonna happen for him is that he can now demand more money at his next club which rules us out regardless.
Besides all that our scouting network is working how it should be, we've already signed Veliz, Phillips, Vuskovic and Bergvall who are brilliant young players and have been touted as future stars - this is the market we need to be targeting, players like Williams will end up at clubs who can pay top wages.
