Ex-Spurs Player Tanguy Ndombele

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

No I should have added a minority of players act like N’Dombele, majority have a works ethic we’ve been fortunate just Sod’s law the cunt that does it with us is/was our most expensive player

I think model we have/had of performance related pay would be good if all clubs adopted it.
IE, if you're not even trying you get a basic wage. If you're trying it goes up. If you're succeeding it's even higher etc etc.

I can’t believe than you can give a player a200k a week salary without some clauses related to fitness? A certain minimum level to be kept too?

Sounds sensible

Like the NYPD used to do where they had regular fitness tests

Our Plod should be made to do it looking at the state of some of them that is whenever you manage to see one but separate arguments of course!

Don't worry that 🤡 Château NoHo Château NoHo still thinks he's gonna make it somehow despite not being physically capable of running
“Apparently”.

He has played 63 games for us, can’t see him getting a 64th, £55 basic transfer fee plus 200k a week for 6 years works out at £1.863 million per game. I need to lie dow…..

Pay him his 30M salary now and move on. We’ve made some triffic signings under Paratici that more than offset a 30M loss on this dogshit. Fairly you can amortise severance as a capex over five years too which will appeal to Daniel

No, that's bad business.

Can't be rewarding players by paying them off after they've taken the piss, it's sets a bad precedent.

We absolutely shouldn’t give in to him and just pay him off. If he wants his money then he has to come to training with the U18s every day and do his work. If he wants to continue his career then he needs to accept whatever offers arrive, even if they have a reduction in salary.

Levy would never sanction the kind of payoff it would take to terminate his contract. He still has three years of huge salary left.

He will just be registered as a tax write off and move on, club is always bigger than the individual.
Just dont trade with Lyon again!

He'll be loaned out this year and next if no one signs him, last year of his contract Levy might consider letting him go, but not before then, not while there's still idiot clubs/managers that believe they will be the ones to get him committed and playing again.
