He's had years of people telling him how talented he is but now has to actually work for a living and doesn't like it. Jose for some reason managed to get through to him and for all his flaws, he looked like he actually did try for him.

Then Mason dumped him for his mates in the final and he has downed tools since.

Tough shit... Make yourself un-droppable..... Blaming Winks or Mason is piss-weak.

the snub in a final for winks did seem to really do it for him. basically the ultimate insult you can do to a footballer. probably fallen out of love with the game after that.

Not prepared to work hard enough to win a spot back.
Can't last more than 30 odd mins. Can't or won't play on after being tackled. Definitely not a team man.
Fallen out of favour with every boss. Takes no responsibility for anything except his mega pay packet.
The most unprofessional entitled footballing leach in memory.

Every single cell of Harry Wink's body has given more for Tottenham, is more essentially Tottenham than Ndombele could ever begin to imagine.

That anyone could think otherwise is borderline offensive.

Wherever Harry goes next, wherever his later career takes him, he'll always be welcome back at the Lane, will always get a round of applause at the very least.

Try saying that about Fat Boy.
And yet when either one plays, only one has a possibility of genuine magic during a match.
Slim as the chance may be.

Of course, "magic" or fail is exactly how things work isn't it. ...

......Bit like the academy in general.

Perhaps he should have had a chat with Lucas and found out how a real pro conducts themselves....

He wanted out on a number of occasions before then too..... Stop with the excuses; they're an insult to the club at this point.

Levy should be on the phone to Lyon.

"You can keep that silly fat wanker, the boys can't lift him"

Making a comparison with Winks is unfair; obviously he is a very different player. Maybe your argument works for an erratic, creative player who blows hot and cold, but not for Ndombele, who is an absolute liability 99% of the time, has zero self awareness, and is very obviously loathed by his team mates. For a supposed flair player who brings absolutely nothing else to the party, I'd actually say he's pretty hopeless at it. Reminds me of a free styler - has a few cool tricks with the ball at his feet, but far too many flaws in his technique, even putting his attitude to one side. At the peak of his career, and injury free, the guy can't manage a full game because he is a unfit and unprofessional.

Winks had a huge part to play when we beat Madrid at Wembley. A youngster breaking through and showing potential. Was great to see.

And then I think injuries stopped him progressing.

Tanguy. His best game? A cameo against Sheffield United. As our record signing earning more than our whole academy costs. Well fucking done.

Harry Winks gave all he could for spurs. Totally opposite could be said of Tanguy.
