City at home are a much different proposition to what they are away. Their pitch is massive which allows de bruyne, sterling, aguero and silva a shitload of space to operate in. It's far easier to mark them on smaller grounds like WHL. They really should have thrashed chelsea and would have if not for de bruyne missing a tap in. We shouldn't underestimate them at all, nor expect them to lie down.

Yes, their home form is a lot better than away (if it wasn't, they'd be midtable). But they haven't exactly been convincing at home either. A lot of the matches they've won at home, hardly set the world alight. With the exception of Goons 2-1, I can't think of any matches when they've won and put in a really good performance.

And very few clean sheets. Not surprised with that keeper and back 4 shambles.

God, you're so negative.

WeΒ΄ve scored one less away goal than they have scored at home, and let in one less away goal than thay have conceded at home.

Our GD is nearly double theirs.

Im simply just not impressed or bothered by them.

Play bad and we will be punished. Play at our top level, and we will win. Its about us, not them.

It's all about us, how we play. I agree
We contained them to a large extent last season there, and we are looking much better defensively this.
We are also being more clinical with our chances.
There is no reason we cannot win even if they are not such a shambles as they were yesterday.
Although we all know they are a decent team who are dangerous we have not got to worry about them, just keep playing to our best.
Jan will be a miss, but when we won there last season wimmer was in for Jan too, as he was injured at Palace.

Don't we have a Wembley-size pitch at Hotspur Way? I'm sure we'll be training on that this week.

We are the team in form-they are a team in disarray. Yes they can dig deep and turn things around and try they will. We will be under the cosh from the off. We need to keep our heads, our formation and keep doing what we are doing well at the moment, which is playing games at our pace and with loads of confidence. Not making mistakes and taking our chances. Again there is no reason why we cant win this and take all 3 points. Vert will be missed but Im sure who ever replaces him will not let us down. They are coming into a good side playing well and thats always easier for them. COYS !!
