Get rid of the deadwood like Davies and stop buying unproven young foreign players for big money then give these guys a chance. I do t want to keep hearing they need a loan. Why does t the sane apply to players like gray, Wilson, tel etc. they are all similar age and are imo not any better than our academy boys like donley, Devine, Moore and dorrington. I’d be gutted if we send them all out on loan and then never give them a chance. Just imagine if as Ange says he threw the league in Jan he give the mi utex Tel had to Moore. He would have got ole Ty of PL experience by now and we’d be able to gauge his progress much better. But no we have to buy a £10M loan player to come in and supposedly make an instant impact. I think it’s bcos they seem to identify the right type of player and go for it. Not always spending huge sums but sensible purchases. They also move on players unlike what we do. We give one extension to players who should have gone ages ago.
