Seriously, it isn't close. Maddison is a superior player to Eze in every single facet of the game. Eze's chief quality is simply that he doesn't currently play for Spurs and is therefore overrated by many supporters for whom the grass is always greener.
Eze is not a bad player. He is a quality player, and I'd be happy to have him - even if I do fear he's got some Zaha in him and could falter when he leaves Palace. But he is in no way a player we should "bin Maddison" for. Absurd statement.
