Gentiles in the kitchen if it's Kosher has a lot of rules - the best rule as a Gentile is just not be in it - want anything in a Jewish household be humble & ask before doing anything. There's pots that are used for specific things also certain knives and forks.

After he said this as we were drunk :-

"I am drunk dear boy & my daughter likes you I would recommend do not go into the kitchen you want something we will give it to you stay at the table where our conversation shall flow"

He then went on about the FA Cup in 1991 where he went to & I watched on TV where I became a Spurs fan we became friends & I still stalk to him to this day.

I keep this info for my friends dating Jewish girls or Boys for clarity :-

I think I saw them at the 100 Club.

Thanks for replying. Was genuinely curious as it feels weirdly like it’s our word to me as opposed to yid despite the obvious root. Relationship to language is a funny thing.
I don't feel comfortable calling myself or anyone else Yid to be honest. I realise it's not used in a racist way or anything like that, just not my cup of tea. I don't really know why.

Have no issues with anyone else singing it or shouting it at Defoe for example. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yid - Yiddo - Yiddish I've heard them used - I was merely enquiring where your line was with your comfortability using the terms.
I've never heard anyone use the term 'Yiddish Army' or call anyone 'Yiddish, Yiddish'

Perhaps you missed this post by me earlier...

Fuck knows what you're going on about. I'll leave you to it.

This issue is important and needs to discussed sensitively with due ( no pun intended) regard to everyone’s point of view .

I’ve only just seen this clip ( see below) where David Baddiel ( who’s far from stupid ) states that he refers to himself as “ a Jew “ because he sees it as a “ reclamation “ : given that , according to him , in a “ Anglo-Christian culture it has a burial as a bad word “ (sic) .

Now I’ve never considered the word as a bad word ; but if Baddiel thinks so and feels he’s somehow
detoxifying it by reclaiming it and by using it to describe himself on Twitter . Then why shouldn’t he support anybody or any group of people who are doing the same thing ? ( ie in turning a “ bad “ word into a “ good “ word .

Watch the first two minutes.

Anyone who seriously believes in any god that created the world in 6 days as per the Old Testament is fucking bat shit crazy anyway so who gives a fuck what they think? Especially if they then support Chelsea.
