The way the players have been playing is a kick in the teeth for the supporters, it's not our fault that they don't believe in the manager. There's a chance that if we can ship a few of them out in January and bring in a couple, they may start to get the message that they still need to be putting in a shift, They shouldn't need any more motivation than to look at the size of the supporters that have turned out to watch. When they get signed by the club, their performances aren't conditional depending on their opinion of the present manager at any given time.
Over 60,000 people turn up and pay good money to watch them, and they have decided to put in less effort because they don't like something about the manager. The way and the attitude that they have started so many matches has been disgraceful IMO. The first 10-15 minutes of matches are often hectic with both teams trying to assert dominance, it's like they can't be arsed with that part, and pretty much hand momentum to the opposition.
