Agree. But he's our second choice RB and will play 5/6 games before season's end. Good to see him play a competent second half.We have standards. And Doherty doesn't meet them
I was thinking about this recently while watching KDB and I noticed that he attempts a lot of "Hollywood" passes that don't come off. It seems that the most effective passers will try a lot of difficult balls because the reward is usually worth the risk: a hard pass often leads to a more favourable outcome if you pull it off, and if you're good enough to make it work some of the time, you should.Bale constantly trying the risky balls. None of this sideways passing. Similar to Kane in a way. Almost like they are searching for a more difficult pass just to impress. Love to see it.
Lucas' pressing was great as well.
I hope this does indeed signal a mentality shift in how we play. It seems that way since Everton.
'cause it was only palaceA cunt-off after a 4-1 win. Only at TFC!

Spurs 4-1 Crystal Palace
Spurs are the second team in Europe's top five leagues to score 100 goals in all competitions this season. Bayern Munich lead the way on 106.
Nice!
Good bloke, great personality and was a cracking player too.Micah is growing on me as a pundit. He is so positive, which is needed with the miserable bastards in that studio.
I do not. Kevin Wimmer notwithstanding, Pochettino knows a good CB when he sees one. Sanchez has elite level mobility and physicality, which make him (IMO) our best CB for playing a higher defensive line.Château NoHo You don't want us to sell Sanchez?
I know what you mean we need more like Jenas.Yeah, but not better than watching MOTD when Spurs win!
Simply not good enough. I find it strange Mourinho keeps having him on the team sheet. There were two ridiculous bits of defending in two mins that went unpunished - he is bad
What are the specific stats under debate here?I fucking love Harry and he had a worldie.
I happen to look at advanced analytics. If you're not into stats, that's cool, you can ignore it.
how nice to have three players in contention for MOTM, bit different than some games where it's difficult to even find one!Tough call between him Kane and Bale.
Probably edging towards Kane

He got it as soon as he scored that first goal IMO. Absolutely pornographic. And so casual too.Tough call between him Kane and Bale.

Agree it's strange Tanganga isn't playing there. Sure he doesn't offer much going forward but then neither does Doherty and Tanganga is the far superior one on one defender.Simply not good enough. I find it strange Mourinho keeps having him on the team sheet.
