Match Tottenham Hotspur v Brighton (H) | Saturday 10th February @ 15:00

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

You're such a perfect human, we all know it. Let's face it - you post about two thousand times a day telling people what to think, how to behave and what is right and what is wrong.

Sadly the perfect human you imagine yourself to be, and the arbiter of all that is right and proper that you have appointed yourself as- exists only in your mind.

Why isn't there a bug spray that works over the internet?
He is a 3rd class prick mate, don't let him get to you.

Reflecting on the game yesterday.

Someone recently mentioned that Man Utd’s lack of consistency is that they seem to “play in moments”. That seems to be sort of happening with us of late. We blitzed Brentford for 10 minutes then stopped playing, gave up control against Everton home and away, and yesterday seems to have that 20 minute spell after half time when it was all us.

I guess that is because the side hasn’t been settled since Luton away?

Unlike most games this season I am struggling to think that any one of our players had an 8/10 performance or higher

Vicario - great saves but seemed unusually dodgy in distribution
Udogie - have it away loads. Has started to go down a bit too easy as well (see Mitoma chance)
Mickey - I thought it was his worry’s game for us. Again gave it away a lot
Romero - maybe in the running for our MOTM as had a load of good leadership qualities. Again some dodgy passes out late in 2nd half
Porro - a bit missing? Maybe he actually had a good game I just didn’t notice. Didn’t offer much offensively
Starting midfield - all gave up possession constantly. All came up with great moments in the goals
Richi hustled and bustled. Great at beating a man but again passing woeful until he laid in Son
Werner - reasonably crosses in first half into no one. Looks scared to shoot
Deki - I thought he was awful. Then a great pass for the Sarr goal. About all he did

Son and BJ did nothing until the important winner. I didn’t think Biss did much. The subs have Brighton all the momentum if anything.

Gilmour, Gross, Welbeck, Mitoma, Van Hekke (?), Steele were all very good I thought.

Weird game. Stats have us as the better team. Draw would have been fair. But we also deserve it after other recent performances and results

It's outrageous. 2 things annoyed me in terms of our response though. Firstly, we stuck Maddison on the guy closest to the keeper to stop him backing in but it was the 40 who was coming in late. We didn't react to this after he did it the first time.

Secondly why are we not doing this to other teams? Quickest was we get this shit stopped is us doing it and everyone deciding maybe just saying the goalkeeper needs to be stronger is fucking moronic

Yep that’s right. As soon as we do it and score a goal in similar circumstances they’ll stop it.

When I go to games, I never, ever moan about the team, criticise the players or do anything that would be construed as negative.
Never have, never will.

I f you think that BJ played a constructive, positive or skill laden game worthy of praise and admirable commitment, then good for you. I don't - and here - on this forum, my comments are borderline praiseworthy.
I thought his contribution was visible, right up until he scored the winning goal.
Do you ACTUALLY believe I was disappointed? Because if you do then you are a bigger fool than I've taken you for. I support Spurs and I would be pleased if John Terry had scored for us. I want to see us win, win with style - even better.

Don't invent an image of me that you would love to believe I am, and then attack me for it - because you could not have been more wrong if you had someone with a brain post your dull witted thoughts for you.
I do not need to invent an image of you.

Throughout my time on here I've seen you call many poster out on what you perceived to be bad "support" when they criticised a player. I've seen you many times jump at posters if they stated the player was playing poorly (yes they would sometimes use more colourful language but the point stands).

What are you doing now then? you are going on match threads and literally only posting to say how crap Johnson is playing. You're not saying anything else about the game or about anything else. All your focus is to inform everyone that he's playing poorly and your speech about you wanting us to do well doesn't negate the fact that you're acting like a total hypocrite.

It's fine carry on with the witch hunt but please in future don't ever preach to anyone about being a good supporter.

So what are the rules then really? If this isn’t fouling the keeper then I don’t know what is.

Tbf, Ange should have nipped this in the bud straight after City and stuck someone in front of Vic, next game.

Now, predictably, every single team thinks it's open season on Vic.

Ange has his principles, but in some instances, you just have to be practical, or the problem can develop.

Especially, when you can't rely on officiating to be fair.

Didn’t feel it in the first half watching him come at us - he really stood out when the play was in front of me. It’s always a different watch though depending on where you are (be it in the ground or on tv)

With players like Mitoma their reputation colours the way you see what they do.

Mitoma really didn't do much yesterday. He had a chance from our mistake and outpaced Porro on the outside when Porro was running on one leg. Didn't go past Porro in a 1v1 or win a duel in the entire game. Created 1 half chance.

We put an enormous Amount of effort in to get back in to the game in the second half. We don’t seem to be able to sustain that level of energy over 90 minutes.

You have to credit the opposition as well of late. We’ve come up against really dogged sides who are doing everything to knock us out of our rhythm. City eventually broke Everton down yesterday and Burnley had chances against Liverpool. They are grinding out results also.

Brighton are an excellent team, was impressed with the way they kept the ball and pressed us.

There is someone in front of Vicario in that clip.

Fucking guaranteed if we benefit from it, by some force of god they will start stamping it out.

Hey, where do you all get your streams from
I can’t find F-all for free, and already signed up for a shit ton of paid services
Fkn Optus in Australia want $25 a month, but I’d only really be watching one game a week (with any real interest)
I saw a link in one of the threads but clicking through there were pop ups for naughty adult mummies and daddies shit, so I thought better of it). I sit through the ‘watch along’ YouTube stuff and get replays, but just not the same on any level really.
Help!!

Get an ad blocker on your computer.

The links you speak of are what people generally use..... Or funky firesticks on a smart TV.

You say that about reputation but can’t say I really pay any attention to other teams so didn’t recognise the name - he just stood out in the first half from where I was watching in the south stand.
