When I was up there they had gone from having crowds of around 12k when they were struggling to 22k. Think they had about 4K once for a league cup game.....
O’Neill did a very good job there.
But a very small hardcore fan base. Those guys were ok but some of the others reminded me of that fast show Woolwich fan.

Like us all, I was disappointed to miss out on the league, but I could respect what medium sized yoyo club did that year.
They then proceed to fire him 6 months later because "reasons", when the truth is that the players had lost the hunger. Note that medium sized yoyo club were not in the relegation zone at the time of the deed.
