Especially Romero. That’s not a slight on Dier, who I thought was fine, but Romero plays the ball out very nicely and also helps push our back line up.
We still need to work out how to effectively press. There’s no point having wing backs if they’re sat in our own half. The whole team needs to be 40 yards further up the pitch. But we were closer to that in the second half.
Leeds had a lot of quality missing tbf.

I reckon Conte told them to play how they have been the past 2 years under Jose & Nuno, just to see where it got them, and go prove a point
...then at half-time, he simply instructed them to do what they've been practising and working on these past 2 weeks....

...oh, and I started the rousing 3 chorus version of "Oh when the Spurs go marching in" towards the end... My work here is done!!
...and in other news, the kit Leeds' wore today should be our away kit!
