Have to say that was almost a disaster. Those two goals were horrific to concede - as bad as I have ever seen. That United team is awful and they started a few bench players as well for some reason.
We are down to bare bones though and credit where its due to win the game and progress. Looked completely shagged with 30 mins left.
They will be even more fucked after having to roll the dice and play the last half hour when we could have relaxed, conserved energy and stayed calm like at Southampton but of course not!
Makes Sunday even tougher now.

Hardest draw but fuck it - better to play Liverpool now than in the final if we got there. Rather the other two in a final tbh.

Wait...til that last para. Why you - and a few other repeat offenders - always feel the need to score points, pal? Honestly, you're (way) better than that. A couple of them really are sad frogs, but apart from that the vast majority is just dudes expressing their concerns despite the wins, giving their own opinion on what they feel is what. All that calling them gooners, not true Spurs fans etc is getting o wee old if you ask me. You loved last night, good for you. Just accept some others felt differently about it. There's black, there's white...and there's grey.
 
People keep referring to our depleted squad. I agree, but all the more reason we should "adapt" our game, especially at 3-0 to the good. Just another example of the stupidity of our manager imo.

I think this is fair, our full backs were still pressing and leaving gaps at 3-0 having said that we were toying with them until our keeper had 2 brain farts, but you're definitely correct in saying that we could have sat in more.

This idea that people who have been going to games for years, watch every game possible and interact on Spurs forums are "raging" when we win is so played out.

A few on here do it and it's quite ironic. Instead of enjoying the win themselves and sharing something positive, their first action is to call out this imagined boogeyman group for how upset they must be at the win.

Yeah course, my man. Someone throws shite at you, defo entitled to bite back.

Anyway. Liverpool next. Tough friggin ask. If we win, bloody terrific...god knows we need them 3pts. But if we drop it, so be it...as long as we show some proper guts & pride, that's the No 1 thing I'm always asking of the lads. I can take missing chances, fucking up at the back etc, but I can't accept them not giving 100%.
