Well, we won.

I dunno. We don’t have much of a midfield. And that lack exacerbates all our other problems. Our defence is exposed more now, our front players are having to switch around. All a bit laboured.

Still, sitting in 3rd.

True, but we've been through this at this same stage every season Pochettino has been in charge. He's always shuffled things around and found a new shape or lineup. Despite our distinctly lackluster performances, we're still in a god spot in the league so we haven't been too harshly punished, outside of the CL. I believe in Pochettino.
 
3 points all that matter. we have loads of injuries and are in poor form in terms of play. We miss Eriksen so much and others like Dele too, so I'm happy with the result. Our position isn't that bad really considering we've lost two games against rivals already.
 
Horrible, infuriating game of football. But 'a win is a win' and all that....

Let's hope we keep this shit together until January at least and see what happens then.

Not even hit anything like our stride yet...& still within spitting distance of the teams above us. Best ever start in PL.
 
The players did not look up for that at all, obviously the 3 points is all that matters, but our performances are becoming a worry, we've had like 2 good performances this season. We won't get away with playing like that against any other team in the league

Yet find ourselves 1 point off top with our best ever start to a Prem season. Without having our most creative player in Eriksen, an important player in Dele, our best centre back in Vertonghen and one of our best players when on form in Dembele.
