Undoubtedly. Don't see how else it can happen.
If there was enough cash in it for FIFA, I don't think those grubby little shits would have any moral objections to hosting the World Cup anywhere.
They've seen after Qatar and it's appalling workers safety record when building the stadiums, that the world will tut tut and frown a bit, but ultimately the world is as morally bankrupt as the next lot.
There's literally nothing that the football fan can do against big money.
And anyone that would be able to really use their voice to speak out, will be too busy with their snouts in the trough, filling their boots.......Beckham, Neville, Linekar.....they all talk the talk, but when it comes down to it, they'll take the cash and pretend that theyre there to 'highlight issues' like the hypocrites they are.
They qualify under human rights records but are too broke to pay off THIEFA.
Juxtaposing this action/reaction with all the people who say FIFA will save the world from the Super League by banning players from participating in the WC is pretty humorous.
