We didn't underestimate Burnley either...... Most of the complaints surrounding that fixture is that we paid them too much respect!

I'm not suggesting all is rosey, but the frustration is that there is no pattern to this....

CV was going to be replaced by Kane and Bale was left as CF for his fitness minutes; GLC was clearly struggling to come back to fitness and wasn’t his usual snappy self.

If we seriously believe that we can win something we need consistency of team selection (especially defence) and an on-field captain (there, said it again for the millionth time)

Jose was rightly pissed off and made the ht changes. Wrong in my book. Should have pulled Dele on 30 mins and then gone nuclear on 60.
Bale worries me a bit. Sid looks great. We will still win the group.
