cheerleaders?
Palace away?
cheerleaders?
Best Team Ever...................................................... up to now?
Palace certainly had a shirt like that in the 60's. Initially thought maybe Villa, Burnley or West Ham but don't think any of them had stripes.Palace away?
I only said Palace, because they were the only team that I can remember that had cheerleaders.Palace certainly had a shirt like that in the 60's. Initially thought maybe Villa, Burnley or West Ham but don't think any of them had stripes.
I'm too young to remember that .I only said Palace, because they were the only team that I can remember that had cheerleaders.
Jimmy saying to Pat.

Cheerleaders are new thing are they not? That image would be what 65/66?I only said Palace, because they were the only team that I can remember that had cheerleaders.
Closer to 70 would be my guess. Greaves receding hairline and thickening waist. Both of them wearing shin pads and Pat wearing gloves.Cheerleaders are new thing are they not? That image would be what 65/66?
For some reason I remember Palace having cheerleaders in the 70s, possibly because I think they were the only team that did. I very rarely bother googling stuff and rely on my memory for most things. Funny how I remember stuff from decades ago quite clearly and can't remember what I went upstairs for!Cheerleaders are new thing are they not? That image would be what 65/66?

That was Roger Morgan's debut for Spurs. 1-1 (Greaves.) I was there aged about 10. My brother took his mate to his first game and he fainted. Never went again, cnut.
must be cold!
If it is nearer 1970 and say just say palace Jimmy played his last game away at palace in the cup 69/70 season.Closer to 70 would be my guess. Greaves receding hairline and thickening waist. Both of them wearing shin pads and Pat wearing gloves.
Mrs P right as always with the Palace angle.
And look at those shiny boots. Eddie Bailey would have been so proud.
I grew up with Palace as my local club and went to loads of games, and I think I can work it out.Cheerleaders are new thing are they not? That image would be what 65/66?
