Another non-story if you ask me. We all know he is going at some point, the question is whether it is now.

I accept the leak. I don't necessarily think that he okayed itThanks for the link. Had honestly never heard of CK66 before yesterday.
Ginolaflair Do you accept now that this leak came indirectly from Kane, with his approval? The alternative is really absurd.
If I was a City fan I'd rather have Haaland. Kane means a hell of a lot more to Spurs fans than to anyone else.
I don't think he leaked itnor had knowledge of it. I fully accept he wants to leave!Did you not get a little bit concerned when the only official interview he gave between November and April was to the northern correspondent who covers Man City at an England game?
“...,,,,,so if we’re looking at it in the end of May and we’ve finished in the top four and won the Carabao Cup I think everyone will say it’s been a pretty good season.” He won’t be happy right now. This season has been a failure.
But it has been brewing for a while. It’s the normal game that clubs and agents play we start to see now.
You honestly think he didn’t speak to Manchester City players when he was on England duty. And that they didn’t gauge his interest for their bosses.
It’s how football works.
Release clause triggered next year?Haaland is 20 and will probably be the world’s best player in a few years. He also apparently has an £80m release clause so it’s a no brainier for anyone.
After watching what happened with Modric and Bale you would have to think Harry (or his agent) is a complete mug in that case.So force Kane to stay or convince him to stay?
I was listening to Simon Jordan today who said he had a gentlemen's agreement with Adam Johnson to sell him if they didn't get a promotion. He said it would be no surprise if Levy had that with Kane. He said owners usually respect these types of arrangements.
And it's already been hinted that sort of agreement may exist. So force Kane to stay or convince him to stay?

So Kane’s the villain now because he has more ambition then Levy/ENIC?? Nah, fuck that.
His brother is in charge of the company who leaked it. I think it's a bit far fetched to suggest Kane was an innocent bystander in this.I accept the leak. I don't necessarily think that he okayed it
Levy's dream scenario. If Spurs fans turn on Kane they might just forget everything Levy and the Board have done.So Kane’s the villain now because he has greater ambition then Levy/ENIC’s?? Nah, fuck that.
I am not happy about it either but I don’t k ow about it setting us back 10 years. You could be right of course but it may not happen that way, just like we lost Berba, Modric and Bale and manage to bounce back relatively quickly. Will find it very hard to follow Spurs next season if Harry Kane goes. People can talk shit all they want about how the club moves on. In this instance, no we definitely don’t. This would set us back 10 years and I don’t think we will ever recover from it with the quality of the other top teams. We don’t have the resources or the owners that harbour the ambition to push us forward and selling Harry to a direct rival would be the final nail in the coffin. I believe the Spurs fans relationship with this mob is on a knife edge. The only way this gets resolved is if Spurs go all out this summer and show Harry we mean business. Completely invest in the defence and risk it. Spend money we haven’t done before. Show Harry he needs to stay to win trophies next season. Give us 1 more season, but our board and Levy have to spend and spend big. This is all their fault this mess.
Ok bye. Don't let the turnstiles hit you on the way out if it's hard to follow spurs. Will find it very hard to follow Spurs next season if Harry Kane goes. Haaland is also young enough that City can shift him for a profit in a few years if they decide to part ways.Haaland is 20 and will probably be the world’s best player in a few years. He also apparently has an £80m release clause so it’s a no brainier for anyone.
If City get Haaland though, United will become more desperate to get Kane as otherwise City will sail off into the distance. At that point £150-200m bids could happen.

After we hire Potter and sign Andersen we will be challenging for the biggest trophies next year, no doubt.Levy's dream scenario. If Spurs fans turn on Kane they might just forget everything Levy and the Board have done.

"Don't let the turnstiles hit you on the way out". What a strange comment.Ok bye. Don't let the turnstiles hit you on the way out if it's hard to follow spurs.
We're finishing where we did 10 years ago and winning as much. Don't get this thinking that it will set us back. Don't want him to leave and for us to build a team around him of a similar quality. That is not possible. Given the 18 months without fans, there is no way that we would do that even if we made record profits. Even an domestic won't cut it for him. He wants even bigger prizes. We aren't competing with the likes of city and that's what he wants.
Yep this is spot on, unfortunately the powers that be have had fucking ample time to show all of us 'they mean business' when we needed a rebuild and they were arrogant enough to think our top players and fans were just going to accept this shit? Will find it very hard to follow Spurs next season if Harry Kane goes. It's Levy's M.O. all over, just say and do anything in the moment and then pretend you never said it later. After watching what happened with Modric and Bale you would have to think Harry (or his agent) is a complete mug in that case.
