Agreed my only reasoning is that I’d rather him playing for us than against, he could be useful as rotation in said kangaroo cup and other versus some PL teams. But this is what Son does and far better!
If the intention is to have him play in the Kangeroo Cup whilst we rest Son, then yeah, great.
But it's only two games a season that he'll be playing us...not great value for money is it?Agreed my only reasoning is that I’d rather him playing for us than against, he could be useful as rotation in said kangaroo cup and other versus some PL teams.
Wolves could set a big enough loan fee that they get the player back and a lot of money for free. But an option to buy also suggests that we dont trust our DoF and scouts and already worried about what if it doesnt work out.A loan with option to buy..why on earth would Wolves do that?
If he's shit we can refuse to buy him..i don't see how that works for them or the player, he'd probably reject that as well.
That quoted journalist is a known fraud, ignore itA loan with option to buy..why on earth would Wolves do that?

1000% agreedHe's first to a lot of loose balls too, workrate is very high.
Would be a great signing.
He does give other teams a torrid time, why not benefit. I repeat I’m not sold on the idea but it appears to be happening so I prefer to find an upsideBut it's only two games a season that he'll be playing us...not great value for money is it?

If we could get Neto that would be much more interesting. This is what people don’t get . He looks dangerous without actually being dangerous. As the game wore on yesterday our defence figured out the best way to defend him was to just stand off him and challenge him to beat us with a quality pass or cross.
Horrible horrible signing. Teenage Neto put up better numbers in the same Wolves team before he got injured
TBF there is a good 2/3 chances he created his team mates should have done better with looking at that set of clips.
I think there is an argument that with better players around him actively seeking space that he'll have an easier time finding them...but dunno if its worth spending £40M to find out...
