Taking off a CB, yes, that could make sense and replace Eriksen with 1 of the 2 CM....but then Spurs would have to change the formation from 3 to 2 at CB.

If reports are to be believed then CE himself is seeking CL football, so must have some kind of indication that UEFA would allow it...
Safe to assume if he's allowed to compete in the Nations League in the current int. break then it's a non-issue.

The only reason I can see why Spurs would be looking at Lenglet is if both Sanchez and Rodon leave. Lenglet can play CCB (being an understudy to Dier).
