Raphinha is good, Tielemans and Jesus have big flaws, Viera is unknown. Raphinha would be a good signing but he plays Saka’s position so it adds depth in that area but they have big holes in others. None of those signings are Bissouma level and Arteta will not turn into Conte, we are good.

Gabriel probably would at least until we buy a CB. Saka possibly on a good day but I think Kulusevski is still a more intelligent player, not in a million years does Raphinha or Jesus get over Kane or Son and Bissouma is miles ahead of Partey.
He will not be competing with Perisic which is a non-starter as Perisic is the worlds best or close to best LWB. As for Davies he is still better defensively than Tierney if we are talking about LCB so it’s still no given.
