What I saw this season is a crisis of massive starting players' injuries and an alarmingly poor squad depth but somehow we managed to get a trophy and CL next year.
I wouldn't call this a failure.

Edit: English is obviously not my mother tongue but if I posted in Greek it would probably be worse.

Those 1st games were just "new manager "bounce" clearly...then he put his stamp on the club...
If he's back next season, it will be the same thing but without those 10 games...

My concern is that he's had a decent first 10 games in both his seasons (well, W5, L4, D1 this season*) which is enough time to give the impression that things could work out, and yet too long to get another decent candidate in probably


*scarily enough that's 16 points from 10 games, which seems a bit crap but we only got 22 points from the 28 games that came after it. So this season, 42% of our points were in the first 10 games!

In both cases he rapidly burned through the players fitness and that will be WAY worse next year with the CL challenge.

All this "comprehensive review of the medical practices" stuff needs a very clear answer about how we're going to maintain legs that work, and if Ange's methods won't harmonize with that, get rid.

I wish I had more confidence in the club leadership to get that right. One "comprehensive review" flows into the next with Levy.
