I get that people say he doesn't run a game, and it's true (no one in our squad really does). But he's still one of the best players in our squad in terms of raw output.

I do think Poch is being out managed. But again, I think Poch is trying hard too. The Ali goal is a sub in the right direction.
We have fight in the players. I just hope Poch realizes he can't keep putting out such a slow team. Kane, Dembele, Mason etc need some speedsters to riff off ASAP.

Chadlis 'stats' per game are definitely better than modric but we all know who the better player is, just like we all know Eriksen is a better player than Chadli.
I honestly wouldn't agree with that. I think they're around the same, give or take. Both have different qualities, although both have the same problems...neither can control a game, neither are consistent, neither are leaders, both are defensively poor and both can be lazy.
I'm none the wiser to where you think his best position is though.
If we look at Clinton and Berahino (who Poch wants) I think it's clear he knows we need pace. Current lineups aren't his fault in that sense- Levy has yet to bring in the personnel.
Eriksen just has to be a proper between the lines no10 IMHO, and I realise he scored most of his goals coming in from the left. Theres a reason Juve are looking at him.
As far as the defensively poor comparison as you seem to like your stats, Eriksen covered more ground than any player last year-he may not be a good tackler but he presses well at least, Chadli apart from a few goals and attempted dribbles does fuck all.
Again, all my opinion-we're all spurs fans here I just think Chadli and Lamela can both fuck off tbph.
Eriksen is a far superior player to both and with the right system and players around him would flourish.
You can't say the same for the other two imo.

We have Tripper and Rose who have pace. I think he missed a trick trying them on the wing.

Kane, Dembele, Mason, Chadli Dier and Bentaleb etc are hard to dominate apart from pace. Not just going forward, we need it as a DM too.

I agree Jan was bad.
But it was a great goal. The problem started with an old issue of ours switching off after we scored. (We have a young team)
It resulted in Davies being isolated 2 on 1. That was amazing management and was deliberate. Watch the whole thing.
That goal was Poch being out managed. Our wings are constantly attacked because they knew Dembele and Davies were on yellows so they doubled up.
Jan is a great defender. Had a shit game. Bentaleb is a great midfielder and he had a shit previous game.
I don't see Poch doing much of the opposite. What weak links was he telling us to attack? When have we seemed to have a plan outside possession adnauseum.
Poch is earning his money but from a tactician point of view, he's doing the bare minimum. And players like Lamela and even Bentaleb and Eriksen seem to be going backwards.
