I’m not disputing that one, I just don’t think it’s going to happen.
As things stand at the moment I wouldn’t be surprised if all eight of them are still here when the window closes. If that happens the best we can hope for is Nuno seeing how poor they are and not playing them. For whatever reason though they keep getting minutes.

Think that's spot on thanks - Traore is 'foreign' so that would be us full again, and I see you've binned Aurier sold or not so if we add Traore he's out to grass ... next year Gil turns 21 so that would put us at +1 .......... never ending problem until a few more development players step up.
Not to mention Winks is a player we ideally want to sell! Really is ridiculous that Dier doesn't count as HG.

We now know Omole must be taking the 4rh Association trained in ECL squad.
I assume he will also be named in the PL squad as an HG player as even with him in we only get to registering 22 players who are over 21, and no others at Spurs who need to be registered .

I'm glad Deki is superstitious, because 21 is a much, much better winger number than 44.
Additionally, during our pre-season fixtures, new arrivals Ivan Perisic and Yves Bissouma will wear numbers 22 and 38 respectively. Supporters should note, however, that the numbers worn by these two players during pre-season may not be representative of their finalised squad numbers for 2022/23. We shall provide further information on this, along with a squad number for fellow new recruit Clément Lenglet, in due course.

Probably too late, number changes during a season are usually forbidden with only one case in recent memory but you'll know who and why that was.
However, he can use it in European games, I believe. I seem to remember Andy Cole having 9 for cup games but a different number in the league when he first signed for United, but that was more than 20 years ago...
Some countries have limits on what squad numbers that can be used in different competitions.
In France for example, the league allows a similar number system as the one in the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga and so on. But for the domestic cups you are only allowed to use numbers 1-18 (or however big the matchday squad is). So it is not uncommon in France to see a player that uses number let's say 19 in the league use number 6 in the cups if that number is available.
