Why would they when he's managing in oceania regions most of his career? Got a big move 2 years after managing in Europe.
Pretty obvious

So there can be other reasons for being discovered late than not being good enough. Yet for Frank you assume its because he isn't good even though he isn't that old for a manager. Why would they when he's managing in oceania regions most of his career?
See that’s interesting for me it’s complete opposite. Social media right now has swung to a majority wanting ange to stay but every spurs fan i know in real life still wants him gone.I haven’t spoken to one single Spurs fan in real life that wants Ange sacked.
Not even slightly tempted.
This idea of replacing Ange with Thomas Frank only exists on the internet.
Ask yourself this: when have you ever watched Brentford and thought they were lacking for effort, or that they weren't playing for thier manager?had a little watch of that, hes a football scientist compared to ange. i just wonder if frank has the charisma for a top job. ange is obviously a monkey compared to him when it comes to the science of the game, but he can get players fired up for the occasional big game, do you think frank has that ability too? i think you need a bit of raw emotion in football at times.
theres no doubt about it that hes a big upgrade (not hard). but i do feel we really need to get this one right now, weve got a huge lifeline here. the next manager has to be the perfect appointment.

Frank's only been managing first team football since 2018, so why are you holding that against him? Ferguson was managing for a decade before going to Utd and he wasn't that much younger than Frank is now.
thats true! but when you watch other sides as a neutral its different aint it.Ask yourself this: when have you ever watched Brentford and thought they were lacking for effort, or that they weren't playing for thier manager?
If anything, they are one of the top 3 in the league for persistent, driven endeavour imo.

Good luck getting someone in 10 games into the season and not giving him a preseason. The final was far too emotional for me to be rational about his appointment right now, I am still on cloud 9.
Frankly I think he has earned the start of the season, now if that’s a good idea or not remains to be seen, the league form says it would be a disastrous decision and I have always maintained that is the true barometer and measurement of growth.
But sacking him after such a major achievement and without at least giving him a chance to prove us all wrong like he did when he said he always wins a trophy in his second season and he actually did it, it would just feel wrong to do so and I don’t see the benefit of it now.
If we bring someone in and they are just as bad in the league for form and it rips apart the harmony in the squad and the feel good factor, not only do we become a laughing stock but it may ruin any forward momentum we have.
I say take a chance and if we get 10 games in and the league form is still as bad as now then we part ways at least knowing we gave him the chance to fix it, I think after winning the EL it’s the least he deserves.
I think the main issue is if the league form is still terrible after ten games we would have wasted the summer window and need a new manager. The final was far too emotional for me to be rational about his appointment right now, I am still on cloud 9.

That's way too risky. Chelsea did the same with Di Matteo and they had to get Benitez in for the rest of the season.
That's a fair point. It's Lange and Pat that a in charge of moulding the team really. That's the point of the system, changing the coach isn't supposed to lead to having to tear it all up
I understand the risks of it but I just think sacking him now would actually have a negative impact if I am completely honest.Good luck getting someone in 10 games into the season and not giving him a preseason.
