I mean in this instance too - in some aspects I can agree with Phoemsy. It is bit sad.
As said in so many different places - I've been a Spurs fan since 2009. That is also time I discovered club football for myself. Since then I've been waiting for trophy. And I do admit - I am bit sad because I don't feel this massive and untainted joy.
It is not because I would hate manager more than I love the club.
It is because for me the sacrifice has not been in proportion with the win. I always felt that the requirement for this club is to be competitive in the league and then also in cup's. When all of the sudden standards drop, I do not feel same kind of enjoyment. The trophy and ultimate win that I have been waiting for 16 years has not achieved. And then there is factor of level of competition. I cannot force myself to dumb it down enough to be proud of mainly beating lower half Championship level sides... I was SOOO-SO excited for CL final. I remember the whole day to details. But this times EL. Oh well...
This is somewhat meaningless though.
A lot of those days are made up of players like Dragusin who was shit and wouldn't get a game most of the time anyway.
That's not to say Ange hasn't had injury problems, but there needs to be a weighting system applied to show how much it has actually hurt any given team.

They are as simple as some the mugs on here. I get why he wants him to stay, Ange runs a Matesocracy so you're a favorite you play no matter what. This intervention actually makes MORE certain for the good if the club he has to go.
