We have a serious issue with number of non-HG players in our squad. That will be exacerbated when we eventually ship of Dele and Winks. Need to only add foreign players if we're certain they're gonna make a significant impact.

Jose was poor at United and especially for us. His football was awful and his results even with that majestic Europa League win were not good at all.

On their way to Europa League glory United beat St Etienne, Rostov, Anderlecht, Celta Vigo and Ajax. Aside from that final it was basically a conference league run, and Ajax then were all kids who wouldn't develop for a couple of years. He spent hundreds of millions and that was his big brag at the club. Jose's sacking at Chelsea was very different to Conte's too, under Jose they were in freefall and bottom half, Conte won a trophy and got 5th.
He's pretty washed up. Can still win a couple of minor trophies but he's not one of the really big managers anymore. Not exactly going well at Roma either, and after that I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up at Newcastle to boost their profile. No elite club touch him with a bargepole anymore.

2 years later is a big deal when you add in the Serie A title that Conte has won. He has shown that his style is not out of date, Jose hasn't.

Jose last won a league in 2014-15 Conte has won in 2016-17 and 2020-21 if you can't see the difference in that showing that one guy has shown his style works now and the other has not then not much more point in going on because you are clearly not living in reality.
