Dier also suffered injury in the last International break and missed 3-4 matches I think? There was hardly any mention of it in the media. Liverpool players are getting far too much attention for their niggling injuries.

Apparently they have an injury crisis. Yet 9 out of the 11 players that started against Man City started in the CL final against us. With the 10th returning from injury right after the international break. They've seriously suffered just one big injury this season and it's Van Dijk. Before that, they hardly had an important player get a long term injury in almost 3 years. Only Allison missed around 2 months last season. TAA, Robertson, Van Dijk, Salah, Mane and Firmino have all been relatively injury free in forever.

This. Not wishing injuries on anyone, but the media favoritism and the certain clubs' spoiled fanbases, has made some incident laughable.

They can get away with complaint about fixture, injuries and many other ridiculous excuse for their poor result, but if we're in the same situation the whole gang would prey on us.

It's just the irony that some wannabe tough guy doing all the big talk is the biggest crybaby, that's laughable.

It's his knee and happened with no one around him according to Southgate. Sounds like it might be his ACL. He did one knee a few years ago so probably the other knee this time, as often seems to happen.

If the media thinks this is an injury crisis for Liverpool wait until they find out what Spurs went through last season.
