Squad wise yes United are better. United also have an absolutely dreadful fixture list beginning in March. Considering they can barely scrape by mediocre sides at the moment, I don’t think they are good enough to overcome it.
 
They did send 4 first team squad players out on loan either side of the postponed NLD. Basically because Arteta has no idea how to rotate players. They will run out of gas towards the end of the season as Arteta plays the same 11 players in every game.

wouldn’t be surprised if they struggle to get into Europe this year, let alone Top 4.
