Fucking hell, they've got every supporter of every team in the country (bar us) pulling for them, and it's still not enough. How fucking wet?
I think if they maybe took a look at the vitriol being spilled by the Gooners on social media on the 'injustice' of LCFC maybe winning the league, they wouldn't think so bad of us.

It's only because we are the next serious challengers that they are on us.

I don't get all the praise heaped on Tinkerman for not tinkering. Some pundits seem amazed that they have fielded the same side for 13 consecutive games and had no injuries.
Well, maybe no European football and playing a 2nd fiddle team in the cups has something to do with that.
I'm afraid Ranieri would have had to rotate if they were in EL and playing 2 games a week from the start of the Seasson on Thursday and Sunday. They may have found it more difficult.
They have played 38 games this season, including cups.
We had played 38 games by February and have played 48.
A lot has been said about the engines on Vardy and Kante.
Vardy has made 34 apps, one app in the FA cup.
Kane has made 44 apps 33 in the league, 4 FA cup and 7 EL.
Kante has made 34 apps. 32 in the PL, 2 i the LC and 1 in the FA
Dier has made 44 apps. 32 in the PL, 9 in the EL and 4 in the FA cup.

Oh, I love LCFC. They are great. They didn't financially dope their way into the PL. They also haven't spent more than Woolwich, Spurs and Spam. It's all made up.
I truly hope we win the league. Would I not be a Spurs fan if I didn't?
If LCFC win it then well done. It's good to see the monopoly broken.

Watching the taped MOTD highlights Sherwood and Sinclair go on about the unchanged side, but then Sinclair goes on to show a 5 second clip on how LCFC are just not sitting back and looking for the ball over the top. He actually said something along the lines of 'if they would be wearing Barcelona shirts.'
Well, if they were wearing Barcelona shirts they would be doing that for 90 mins.
I watched the whole game of Leicester v Sunderland. I had taped Super Sunday before heading out.
I watched it on Monday.
It was a shit game of boring, nothing football. There was a passage in the game where LCFC strung 4 passes together in a football move that is seen week in week out. Nothing special. Good football, but not extraordinary.
However, it was the only highlight. That was what Sinclair chose to show on how LCFC are a great, exciting, footballing side like Barca.
They play to their strengths. Could Morgan and Huth defend on the halfway line? No, not really. They play their way as it's working. No doubt they can pass it around like most, but they may end up getting beat a bit more often if they come out and express themselves.
But that doesn't mean I have to buy into the hype of those that blatantly overlook facts to suit their love hard on with LCFC.
Just tell it like it is, as Ranieri would say Cattenaccio, and give them credit for it. They did when it was Woolwich and Chelsea doing the same shit.

It's funny how your perceptions change with circumstance. I always quite liked Woolwich, or at least didn't actively dislike them, in that they hadn't had tons of cash spunked on them and had several players who you could admire, like Sanchez. But of course they were way off over our horizon in real terms. Then we played them at the Emirates with something to play for - and you notice the moaning, the cheating, the waving imaginary cards - and I now dislike them intensely.

They are already saying on a couple of the Woolwich forums, that this has been a an awful season for the premiership, hence why us and Leicester are above them. Sad b*st*rds. The maintenance Dept at work is full of them. They have avoided talking football with me for months now. Even the QPR fan and 2 Brentford fans have noticed it and when the walk past me with one of the goons ,they always start chatting about how well certain teams are doing, just to wind them up.

This is a huge game for you. Win it and I think that's that, but should you drop points there will be a lot of nervy fans, and that can affect the players in your remaining home games. Of course we need to keep winning. I notice many Leicester fans are saying 'we've only lost three games all season, we're not going to lose 2 or 3 on the run in', but getting over that line is very difficult, as Liverpool fans will admit. (Well maybe not Liverpool fans but you catch my drift).
Yes, was discussing this with my boy last night. We think we can afford to burn 2 games. It's the timing of them which is critical - 2 in a row, early doors, with you lot picking up points - could be the difference. I can see you winning 4 out of 5 quite easily. But I'm a worse predictor than Lawrenson.

If they can't win the league in an awful season, makes you wonder how they'll cope in a good one.

I don't get this nonsense about it being a crap season for the EPL. It's driven by a media who can't stand the possibility of a shift in power away from the 'top 4'. They still believe Leicester will finish nowhere next year and spurs will get eaten up by the big guns again once the cheque books come out. They think Levy will revert to type and fail to invest when it really matters, especially with a new stadium to pay for.

The fact is the top teams failed to turn up to the party, some of them are in transition right now, some of them have a squad of talented players who just aren't hungry enough anymore. It can be thin margins that make a difference.

You know what, what have LCFC really done wrong except win games consistently? It may not be attractive to the eye sometimes, but they are a team. I can't stand the hype and fairytale bollocks though. It really winds me up.
Teams win stuff, not individuals. You have to admire the way they are all play for each other.
There are some similarities with us and them. No ego's, no shirkers, team work ethics. We may be doing it in a different style, but it's all relative to what your beliefs are.
There's no doubt Vardy is a now a very good finisher, which he wasn't before, and Mahrez and Kante are very good players. Drinkwater is good at what he does too.
Is it ok to win stuff by throwing billions of oil/oligarch money at it, but not by playing in a certain way?
I like to watch good football, but I also like the blood and thunder stuff. What we have at present is the perfect blend.
If I was a LCFC fan I suppose I would not be complaining about the style of football they are playing the majority of the time, if it's working and we won the PL doing so. However, it would soon grate on me.
They may be spawny - or it could be that they are just very clinical with the chances they get.

They had 2 shots on target with us then scored with a set piece 7 mins from the death.
We had double the amount of shots and over double the amount on target.
Kasper made 5 saves to Hugo's one.
What we have to remember is that our squad is young. Most are still learning. Kane is still only in his 2nd season. Alli, Son, Wimmer, Njie, are in their first seasons with us and the PL. Mason, Bentaleb are still rookies in the PL. Alderwiereld is in his 2nd season in English football.
Our most experienced players are Rose and Walker and they are both 25.
We have done extremely well in the short time our manager has been here.If we don't win the league it will not be a failure. Not for us.
We will improve.
I doubt any LCFC fans had thoughts of the title. Just as none of ours did.
Let's not get greedy and just enjoy. If we win it, we win it.

Agree with that. Fact is our side is made up almost entirely of players nobody else wanted. So they do whatever's necessary to get the win. The best thing for me is its clear they are just having the best time - they get on well and Ranieri encourages that. Just shows that you can achieve a lot with genuine spirit. I think you lot have that about you too. So maybe not so surprising the table looks like it does. As I've said before, if we don't win it I'll be gutted but I'd rather Spurs do it than anyone else.

This guy agrees with you:

Why I hate the Leicester fairytale

Well well well. So much for the Plucky little Leicester. There has been some naughty naughty goings on by the looks of things ! No better than City or Chelsea if this is proved true. Wankers.

Excellent post, whatever happens we can be proud of our beloved teams

The charming heart warming story of Jamie Vardy....and his electronic ankle tag he got after being convicted for assault...

England rookie Vardy on his fairy tale rise from non-League to national team
So the majority of his life has been normal, with the exception of being found guilty of assult and then getting a lucky break. Maybe the people he assaulted might not feel the fairy tale in the same way ? As for that crap about protecting his mate, frankly hogs bollocks. You don't get tagged for that.

Guys a rat faced wrong un. End of story

Of course it's a fairytale.

If Jamie Vardy had been born 120 years too early, then he'd have been exiled to Australia like the rest of the ne'er do wells.

Then what, he'd play in the fucking A-League? No fairtale ends in the goddamn A-League!

No, truly, we are blessed to have him.

He's adorable, just like everything about Leicester. I love 'em all.

Was calling the Asian guy a 'Jap' in the Leicester casino ALSO part of the fairytale...?
England rookie Vardy on his fairy tale rise from non-League to national team

...and I guess these ex-Leicester players were just recreating Goldilocks and the 3 Bears as part of THEIR fairytale!
Premier League stars' racist orgy shame caught on camera during Thailand tour
