After his lacklustre display against the Chavs, he should perhaps concentrate on his football. He's in danger of getting swallowed up in his own hype. Great player, has seemed very mature in his interviews, but if any of this is true (all taken with a pinch of salt given the source) then he needs to grow the fuck up, focus on the pitch & leave all this bollocks to the close season.

Not sure what people from him, he created chances (mainly in the first half) and annoyed the Chelsea defence (earning the free kick before the goal). He just usually has Eriksen to tag team with.

absolutely, he has become a great second striker in term of goal scoring but his displays have been very mediocre in other areas. He is not at Kane or Eriksen's level in terms of general play, even last season i thought there where games where we desperately needed alternatives to Son and Dele, players with more pace/power as we needed against Chelsea.

We are linked with Sancho and Sessegnon, while we have Lamela hopefully coming back and maybe Edwards as well coming through. A bit of competition will focus Dele's mind. We need more attacking alternatives, never be a club reliant on just one or two players.

That being said I expect Dele to be smart and see his development with poch is best served here.

Hands up if anyone has read the article? (I bet no one). The article makes one claim and that he is considering changing his agent. That's it, the rest of the article goes on to state we don't pay wages (Cheers Danny, we'll be dealing with stories about wages all fucking year thanks to you son) and that he is wanted by the elite teams in the world who will all pay him a billion pounds a month, we know this already, it means he's good.

Since when is it newsworthy when a player sign with an agent?

What the article fails to mention once is what is the more likely to be the reason for him to change agent. And that is Impact Sports Management went into administration in Jan. It had been fighting with Inland Revenue who claimed the company owed £2m in unpaid tax. ISM lost their 4yr battle and were ordered to pay £2m. ISM is owned by Rob Segal (and his wife) who currently (as far as I can see) only represents one footballer, that's Dele. Karl Robinson (Dele's Manager at MK Dons) is also a shareholder!!

If ever there was a reason for a player to be sold to the highest bidder, to get the agent's company out of a £2m hole, it's only registered asset, then it's now. Yet, despite this situation he remains with us, he signed a new deal (May be, just may be "we" helped out the agent with his financial difficulties, seeing he and Levy are neighbours too?? Maybe this means we have the agent by the balls???). I think this makes the case for why Dele is changing his agent.

Dele is one of 3 Tottenham players featured in the new Fifa 18 ad (as in not part of a group celebration shot, but actually focused on/playing).

It's obvious why his forms off and he didn't really celebrate his goal, just go and read the transfer thread.
Apparently we turned down an unknown amount from an unknown club and he's not happy here anymore and is angling for a move.
There's trolls on here beavering away and some of you fucking lap it up.
Time for a break from here, it's fucking depressing.

Doesn't mean he never gets a bollocking though does it.

He needs a bollocking if he deserves one. One player should never be seen as bigger than the club, it would have a detrimental effect on all the other lads.

Poch not only gave him his break, but gave him the freedom, at a top 4 club to express himself. He wouldn't have got a better education anywhere in the world and should show his manager and teammates the respect they deserve for doing so.

Player power, a poison fuelled by the games capitalistic ways. A shame really

Not sure what the problem is but perhaps that is why Poch has been talking about the need to challenge the established stars. If Dele is going to be a problem we really do not have enough options to change things. All incoming players are defenders and we are ok with DM but have insufficient cover/options for AM or strikers. If Dele does a Rose even if privately then we have no options.
Just hope he was just disappointed with his first effort and celebrates his next goal.

All kicking off on Deles live Instagram.

Dier called Walker a traitor, clearly took it to heart and then said to Dier that "it was alright when you wanted to go to United though"

Didn't go down well at all.

All these media pressure on Dele Alli is unfair. They probably know him by his stats and weekly highlights.
He scores and creates with his cleverness. But he will not dominate games. They are expecting too much from him.
They all now come togther and watch a national game and realised Alli isn't what they dream of. You will expect alot of short passes, winning free kicks, occassional neat touches and suddenly a goal or assist. He has been such a player all along after we converted him to a false 10.

England are a pain in the ass. Really dont want Kane to be the new captain. We dont need that circus affecting our players.
