I've said it once I've said it a million times. If you start 80% of your games with Dier and Hojbjerg you are not going to go anywhere. They are not good enough to be starting games. It's pointless.

He's smart, he plays a role of "leader" and "mature role model" to new players like Porro coming into the club. He takes "responsibility" for poor performances, he "leads" the back line, all in lieu of actually fucking tackling someone.
