Seems to be that way based on Jose's comments. According to Jose (as claimed by Alasdair Gold), Kane himself said that he didn't feel fit enough to start two games in a row. But that he could sit on the bench in case he is needed.

Considering Harry's injury history this is a big leap forward for him mentally.
