Agree, he's experienced enough to know what is required of him, and if, as people suggest, his confidence is shot 'cos of previous managers, well that's on them, surely?
Son's confidence was shot under Conte, but given a manager like Ange, and he's thriving (along with plenty of others, Romero's form dipped too last season, and now look!)
...why can't GLC see he's onto a good thing with one of the most attack minded, level headed, inspirational managers out there right now??
