Can you remind me, what was the year when Son, from the wing, put in a perfect cross-field ball for Johnson for the winner against Brighton at home?
Maybe my imagination, but felt that he didn't go more central when Richie went off.feel his and Richarlison's position should be way more fluid. They should be constantly switching throughout the game, son should have popped up in the middle way more often.
Son's position was very rigid Saturday, hugging the touchline, and he no longer has the ability to play that role constantly well
Good Lord, always have to go for the exception...
Brighton pushed up and left him in space, no-one has any issues with him when he plays in space but in terms on taking on his full back he can't do it anymore hence why we need specialists.
Sure, sure.
Lad has 4 assists from last 7 games from LW, but I am talking about massive outlier and exception.
Sure thing kiddo.
Go on and repeat what literally everyone with two braincells know - we need winger to take on player one on one and produce goals and assists that way. Now what do you suggest for reminder of this season games? to just throw in a towel and lose all games? Or maybe push those who can do what we need to do it more?
So hold up...in the Richarlison thread you told me not to use number or stats and watch the match but you've done the same thing here trying to prove your case for Son, what are we even doing here?
Yes it's the exception because that kind of space doesn't happen every match, that assist came from Brighton pouring forward leaving Son in space therefore it's the exception.
Like I've been saying all along, Son belongs up top as a striker, he's just a better option than Richy (no matter how many times you wanna suck him off) The team are much better off with Son as a striker as well.
You've even acknowledged my argument that we need a specialist and yet you still want to argue and at the same time act like a patronising twonk lmao, this has to be a cry for help, are you genuinely lonely, why do you always try and force arguments you utter weirdo.
and(no matter how many times you wanna suck him off)
act like a patronising twonk blablabla
Yep, I have to apologize.
It seems I was under impression that I was in discussion with intelligent life-form, but comments like "

Prove that there is none here.
Funny to see that you seem to obsess what I post here and there, but you are not aware that I have never been fan of Richie - how did you make this mistake if you know all my post by heart.
I am saying something substantial about the game - that Richie was totally isolated and surrounded by many Wolves defenders and there couldn't have done anything. Also specifically asked what could have Sonny do in very same situation, but instead of answering to any of that substantially, you post some vomit like can be seen before.
Again, sorry about trying to talk about actual topics with you. It will not happen again!
Son can do this with ease as we saw him do with Kane when he dropped down. That is why Kane was so good.... he creates space and could give a killer pass to Son... However, Richie can't do that.feel his and Richarlison's position should be way more fluid. They should be constantly switching throughout the game, son should have popped up in the middle way more often.

Call me crazy but if Udogie / Porro are out again, Captain Son in that position just one time. Different role than last, feel like he's got those underlapping runs in him.

That's called matching your energy mate
Just read the response in the Richy thread and imagine Sonny in those positions that Richy found himself in, that will tell you all you need to know about your pathetic argument.
Sonny is effective when he has space. Which Wolves did not grant at any point in game through the middle. There was space to be exploited from LW, which Son CHOOSE not to do after like two failed attempt when defender had won the duel at the start of the game.
While Richie just came off the run of scoring 9 goals in 8 games while playing as CF.
But yeah, ofc, you are right. Everyone else had BRILLIANT games and everything was perfect. If just that tosser Richie would have scored two of the 10 easy tap-in's that his teammates created for him, would have been an easy win. All fully Richie fault (Y) !
I don't think everything is on him today but he is a problem when it comes to making the ball stick and lay it off to his teammates, he's just very sloppy and careless with the ball.
