Graham Potter is a pointless appointment imo, he will not get us into the top four or win us a trophy.

We need an experienced manager who has won things that knows how to provide this team with the mental strength it needs in big games but also knows how to play football in a progressive attacking way.

What a tough decision nagelsman had. Work with levy or for Bayern

Thinking Hard GIF by Swisscom

Been needing one ever since the bloke (name escapes me) who came with Poch was sacked. Our recruitment has been shooting for ages.

We need a RB and winger and a clear out off the Deadwood next year minimum. Back to what we was with hungry young players giving 110% for the shirt

Rather then the bloated rotten corpse off a past squad we have been flogging for the past 3 years
Paul Mitchell?

It's a shame that Levy wouldn't let him do his work. Has been really good for Leipzig after leaving us and then at Monaco currently.

You need not worry quite yet mate I know 100% from personal conversations Ancelotti wanted the job and would have taken it over Everton ditto Allegri. Not sure either was a fit but they are established successful coaches.
Carlo would probably have struggled with the same "former Chav cunt. Get rid" abuse at first. But he is likeable enough that he would have gotten rid of it quickly enough.

Shame it could not have happened.

Not sure I feel your confidence......

These top coaches won’t work under our current set up, they know they will be paddling up stream from day one....Too frustrating being Spurs boss, it’s a job for a Pochettino .20 type manager, not a manager who’s currently successful.....

And that’s not Brendan Rodgers. He’s made to look better than he is because of how well Leicester are run .

This cycle of players is over. A DOF is the priority, and We need someone who will train up a new young talented group into the team you speak of.

You don’t get much more of a winner than Jose, look what happened.

Leipzig's sporting director is leaving at the end of the season.
He did very well at Paderborn according to German fans before he took the Leipzig job and had them overachieving on a tight budget.

He is being linked with Frankfurt but we should be able to offer a better wage packet you'd think.

Can't get Nagelsmann, get their DOF instead.

Don’t like Jose but I doubt he got all he was promised. Whoever is our next manager will sadly have Levy as a boss, so promises, followed by promises broken is my guess

Truthfully mate, at this point it makes no difference who comes here. ENIC and Levy will ruin any chance they have of success long term anyway.

Before things truly change they have to be removed.

All you have to do is watch the documentary to see just how fucking slimey Levy is.

Eating with the players, making daily suggestions to management, he CANNOT help himself.

At this point he may as well take the job of manager himself, seems to fancy himself for it.

Can't stand the duplicitous cunt.

or get the man that built it all, the DOF before him - Ralf Rangnick who can start as a manager, then move up.

He will demand a lot of control and that will be problematic with Levy though..

Or perfect depending on how rattled Levy is by the ESL debacle. There was talks of him taking a less public role. So a DOF makes sense since the DOF would be the face towards the fans.

But again. Ragnick demands A LOT of control. But Ragnick is also getting old and looking at retiring in a few years so he would probably be a short term appointment.

HURRY UP AND SIGN TEN HAG BEFORE JUVENTUS GET HIM YOU BALD FUCKING CUNT

Whoever is hired he’s gonna be need to be backed like mad this summer. Dig deep in your pockets or fuck off right now ENIC.

He has been talking about doing a big job in the PL. If we asked it would be possible, but Levy needs to know if he is willing to share the responsibility. Rangnick would start building from the scratch and wouldn't be scared of it.

Ancelotti was desperate for the job and Allegri would take the job so its not quite as bad as that. The issue is more about Levy , I think he avoided them both and would Rodgers because they will be very clear regards investment. So expect a Ten Hagg Potter Howe with a D.O.F to kick the can down the road. London based, Stadium (post covid) turning over something like one million pounds a game. Established Premier league club if your in football its one of the ten most coveted jobs in European football. The more immediate concerns being the financial undertow we are stuck in until we can get capacity crowds back. That's why we may as well get a young project coach in because we could be facing financial ruin. Exacerbated by Levy's ridiculous decisions to pay a busted flush 15m a year with no break clause.
