Sanchez has much improved under Conte. But the thought of him next to Tanganga on a regular basis is frightening.True.
But I think so much of that is down to Conte seeing the defence as key to how we attack. They have to know exactly when to push up, where to play the ball, plus we’ll likely see a deep laying playmaker join us.
In that regard, *both* Sanchez and Dier are unsuitable, but especially the former as he’s uncomfortable in possession.
For the time being however, they’re both doing their best.
