Good fit for him. in that he can beat up in the weak teams in France and have guys around him to do the hard work for him.

Good fit for us because they would have zero problem paying his wages.

Likely won't happen but seems more likely than the Napoli/Roma links.

Not that swaps happen often, but PSG also have plenty of appealing players if that was needed to help them free up their roster as well.

Not repeated that level but still been a very very useful player for us and worth having on the team.

Stevie is young, physically gifted, a regular player for a top national team, versatile, and looked very good when played under Conte. His biggest issue at Totty has been injuries and lack of finishing. Would a top top team be ruthless and upgrade him? Maybe. But lots of players go through spells and take time to adjust especially when he's had 4 coaches since here. Any time a player moves teams and leagues theres a large chance they won't work out. Also, would we be able to get a player of his current ability (solid) AND his upside (top notch) for 20 million? I really have my doubts. People talk about Antony from Ajax, but he would really have the same questions.
As I said, I'm a fan but I'm not getting carried away by 5 minutes of football against a heavily depleted Leicester. Certainly don't sell this window but see what transpires over the 2nd half of the season.

It's classic mentality for many of fans I have seen.

Aurier was slated for years. Now he's left he's always referred back to as being better than Emerson and Doherty. Lamela was the same, as were many others. It's strange.
Personally, I wish tripps had come back

I'm not going to disagree but that's because there's no one in the squad that puts in that kind of effort. Generally. I'm not a fan.
his effort until now was a waste. Used to run down blind alleys and go down easier than a cheap hooker.
Seems to be a purpose to his play now and he is giving defenders a lot of problems during matches. Leicester retreated into their box almost every time he go the ball yesterday, freeing up space for other players.
