Damn right.
Your lame repetition is not worthy of any deeper consideration.

"If I own an English club, I sign Tony Pulis," Mourinho said.
"It's as simple as that - he's a guarantee to achieve what the club wants."
His words. They're cut from the same cloth.
Semantics.
The point being made is there was a system being forged. The football was better than the dross we have right now.
Jermaine Jenas used to get the odd goal like 1 every 8-10 matches. Winks scores less than 1 goal a season. No he hasn’t, he used to be a player who brought the ball out and got the odd goal.
Then he became Jermaine Jenas

Not like before the last 2 years he was scoring goals either.Jenas wasn't being played as a DM though was he.....?
He's a #8 who's been played as a DM for the last 2 years or so .
It would be deemed massive if the big clubs weren't dismissive of it. If it's dismissed then it can't be considered massive.I’ve said in the past that CL teams shouldn’t get a second chance in the EL. It does cheapen things a bit. However, I can understand the logic behind it. Bring in more leagues/money then later turn it into some bastardised version of the UEFA Cup.
Completely agree that it should be knock-out, home/away. It’s still a massive trophy, whatever way you look at it.
It's nice to see other posters struggle with the quote bit.Jenas wasn't being played as a DM though was he.....?

The choice isn’t exclusive. Most of us want a balance between both.I think stylish football is more important than trophies won. Many would disagree with this - and I understand that.
I never want to think ‘can I be arsed to watch Spurs play today?’
Yes of course, but in the absence of trophies it would be nice. The choice isn’t exclusive. Most of us want a balance between both.
I think one offsets the other.I think stylish football is more important than trophies won. Many would disagree with this - and I understand that.

He doesn't need to mention it every fucking time there's a fucking camera in front of him. Everyone knows the importance of Kane in the team. What he does is creating a negative vibe and energy which rubs off on players.

Sorry I typed that out too quickly.
Its raining again
He wasn't. He makes NO reference to any time period past or present. He's just talking about the style of football being better. You brought up last season. I brought up is first season as an example of the football not being great but under a new manager, there were signs of something there (I thought it relevant comparison to make seeing as we have a new manager now).Sorry, I see nothing to suggest that the bloke was referencing Poch 2015....
Meanwhile; have I championed the style of play under Jose?
Nope.
