We have 1 top 4 player in the entire squad Kane.
The rest are an absolute disgrace.
If you sold our entire starting 11 tonight including Kane you would probably raise enough money to but 3 established top 4 players.

I never said Jose was great in this game, never even said he was good. I just said that it is the players that are the main problem not the manager.

The ceding territory was because our players kept giving the ball away with poor passes under no pressure. I guess you could try to argue Jose forced the players to do that but that seems like a stretch for even the biggest Jose hater.

Almost everything you listed is either on the players or made up.

Again take out Winks and Sissoko and we have weak players coming into replace them. That is a team/players issue not manager.

Not pressing, well they were so that is a weak argument.

The 3 CMs comes down to the fact that we do not have good enough players so whatever line-up we put out there is going to have problems, that is another player issue not manager issue.

We had attacking issues prior to Jose when Poch was here at the end of last year and the start of this year. We have 1 striker and 1 creative MF. That is the issue. We rely so much on Kane and GLC to create everything which is again a player issue.


Almost all your complaints are the same problems we had under Poch who is a completely different style of manager than Jose. When the players continue to have the same issues under two managers when do we start looking at them rather than blaming the manager?

1) that’s not why we ceded territory. If you’ve followed Jose’s sides over the years, you’ll know he’s always been a fan of the low block. He’s never played what you’d call progressive football, I think even his biggest fans would agree. So yes, the reason Bournemouth dominated territory was because of Jose .

2) We didn’t press. We never press anymore. Lamela runs at players like a crazed man but a press is done as a team, and involves your defensive line getting progressively higher. Again, having watched Jose teams for nearly 20 years, he never does that. It is not a cohesive team press.

3) We sacked Poch because he wasn’t getting the most out of this squad. Just like Jose.

4) We all agree this squad has deficiencies, no one is arguing that or saying we should be competing with Liverpool right now. But look at the identity Arteta is putting on his Woolwich side in a similar amount of time with worse players. That’s the progression we want.

5) All the complaints made are also factoring in historical information on Jose. His decline has been evident for anyone to see for the last 6 years. He decimated Utd with multi million pounds.

6) This isn’t personal. I actually like the bloke when he’s on Sky or doing a presser. He just has 2004 tactics in a 2020 world. No top teams or managers play his style anymore, there’s a reason why.
 
I'm a patient man, but I've lost it tonight after that and the previous two shitshows. No attacking gameplan, energy, movement, pot shots, patterns of play, etc. Yep, I think you're right Guido 🇺🇦 Guido 🇺🇦 this cunt has got to go. I can't and won't be paying to watch that shite next season. No way. Absolutely no excuses for that 'attacking' display today - we played like it was a tricky away game to Juventus for ffs

Heard it all before under Ramos and Sherwood. That its just the players etc. We need 4 or 5 good players but they're better than this and a good progressive manager will prove it.

That’s my main gripe about Mourinho, playing a low block and sitting in against poor teams.

He has absolutely no idea how to get his teams to attack. The only tactic we have is to suck the oppo onto us in midfield then pass it wide to Aurier to cross that ball.

Imagine for just a moment what Ndombele could bring to this side, the ONLY player breaking the opposition lines all game was him in 2nd half. But leaving him on the bench is his ticket to Levy having to payout his contract. It will come down to it as it has done in his past clubs.
