Was your issue with us in the Super League that we haven't won anything recently? The two discussions are unrelated - they have been a massive success at Liverpool since taking over - at a time we used to finish consistently above them

What? Was your issue with us in the Super League that we haven't won anything recently?
3. Rich Yank backed by solid investors and a deep bank account at JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs who is keen to invest and actually win shit in order to grow the brand much like Fenway did
Yea and u said we should have someone like Fenway. What?
Discussion was around preferred type of owner should ENIC sell
I trust I'm one of those three! There’s about three people on this board that I would come close to trusting with having any say in how the club is run.
That's unrelatedYea and u said we should have someone like Fenway.
Fenway may have won Liverpool things and be labelled a success but they are 100% trying to take them into a Super League.
Any owner would want to make themselves richer, that's the basics of investment - but some actually try and win shit along the way which is my pointFenway only bought Liverpool because they thought they could take their match coverage in house and charge fans to watch it themselves thereby making themselves billions every year. They didn’t think the PL would bat them off, they pushed this ESL instead and that has folded. Make no mistake about it they aren’t owners who are doing it for the football club’s benefit. They are doing it to make themselves a fuck of a lot richer. Wait and see, interesting developments will happen there.
So if someone bought us who said we'll spend and win trophies but our end game is that we're involved in a plan exactly like the Super League, that's ok with u?That's unrelated
"devalued in the stock market" - come on CS this is obviously complete nonsense even for you ... what stock market would that be then?It does when the company is crumbling around the owners feet....as the company (or football club in this instance) continues to bleed money and devalues in the stock market....In football terms that’s a “hostile takeover” or “get the fuck out of my club”
Just like Enic without the successmay have won Liverpool things and be labelled a success but they are 100% trying to take them into a Super League.
Yep. And its fine to want someone like Fenway to take over Spurs as long as you're fine with the Super League end gameJust like Enic without the success
100%So if someone bought us who said we'll spend and win trophies but our end game is that we're involved in a plan exactly like the Super League, that's ok with u?
Then fair enough100%
ImmediatelyFirst voting issue is whether to sack Daniel Levy
If you don’t think Mike Ashley wouldn’t have jumped at the chance of going into a super league then you are very naive! The sad thing about football now a days is I honestly don’t think any PL chairman would have turned down the chance to enter this super league if offered! We shouldn't accept either one, but I'd rather have Mike Ashley than abandon and be complicit in the destruction of the English league system.
I've emailed him with the subject line resign.Immediately
Depends on how much the football side has to do with it.I really hope we never do, as if anyone on here thinks they know more about running a football club than the guy presently in charge, they are utterly mental.
You have to ask?Me, joan but who's the 3rd?
